#GA4 #week20 Raggi Ladoo is an ideal winter dessert and one should make often during winter. My kitchen was having a mind boggling aroma when I made the Ladoos today

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people (yields 8)

Cooking time :

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-30 mins
1/4 cup

melted ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a wok add Raggi flour, Ata and on low flame roast for 5-7 mins. Stir continuously

* Step 2

Add melted ghee and almond flour and on low flame continuously stir until the rustic smell is gone for 15 mins. Set aside

* Step 3

Add powdered sugar and elaichi powder and mix well. While warm grease your palm and make Ladoo’s. If the mixture crumbles then add more melted ghee and make the Ladoo

Plate and enjoy
