Mushroom Chicken Stroganoff Soup

The goodness of mushroom with chicken for a Stroganoff Soup is something I can’t resist. During winter time it’s my ideal comfort food and today for lunch this was best
Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the mushroom into slices and cut the bones breast into cubes
* Step 2
Smear the boneless breast cubes with paprika and salt and set aside for 10 mins. In a wok heat oil and fry the chicken until juicy and soft. Set aside
* Step 3
In the same wok add chopped garlic and onion and stir until soft. Add mushrooms and cook until soft
* Step 4
Add Worcestershire sauce, add refined flour and 3 cups chicken stock. Add salt and black pepper powder and wait to boil. Stir. Add chicken pieces and stir. Wait to boil and simmer for 4-5 mins
* Step 5
Take a ladle of soup and add to a bowl. Add cream and whisk well. Put it back to the stroganoff and stir at the end. Set aside. Garnish with parsley and enjoy
