Apple spiced Rum

#GA4 #week17 A cocktail that tastes heavenly with the goodness of apple spiced black tea, hibiscus flower petals in sugar syrup and Dark Rum. Do try and drink responsibly

Dark Rum

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To make Apple Juice Black Tea (cold brew) mix 3 Tbsp apple spice black tea in 1 ltr water at room temperature. Steep the mixture for 8 hours and then strain

* Step 2

To make the hibiscus sugar syrup infuse 5-6 hibiscus petals in 90 ml sugar syrup for 30 mins and then strain

* Step 3

Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes. Pour the Dark Rum, 60 ml apple spice black tea and 90 ml hibiscus infused sugar syrup.

Shake well for 30 seconds

* Step 5

Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and star anise
