Caramel Chocolate Fudge

Chocolate is my favourite and during this lockdown I craved more for chocolates than usual. I present to All Caramel Chocolate Fudge
Ingredient

Preparation time-1 hour, Cooking time-4 hours
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the Milkmaid Condensed milk tin and put in a pressure cooker with water. The water level should be 1” above the container. Put the pressure on high flame for 1 whistle and on medium high for 15 mins. Take out the tin carefully and cool in room temperature for 2-3 hours
* Step 2
In a pan add chocolate chips and 1.5 cups caramelised condensed milk and melt the chocolate completely. Add a part of chopped almonds and nuts to it
* Step 4
Add the melted chocolate into the mould which will have parchment paper. Add some note chopped almonds, walnuts and press with spatula. Refrigerate for 2 hours
* Step 5
De-mould after 2 hours and cut into square shapes. Serve
