Shrimp in Mayo & Pasta Salad

I love cold salad like Potato or Shrimp in Mayo with Penne Pasta. This salad is easy to make and can be enjoyed as any meal. As main course or as appetiser. I chose Main Course

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
We start with mayonnaise first as salad dressing should always be prepared in advance.
* Step 2
To the mayonnaise, add dijon mustard or any mustard you may have, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice and dill chopped fine. Whisk well and refrigerate while preparing the salad.
* Step 3
Boil the shrimp and set aside.
* Step 4
In a heavy-bottomed bowl, boil water and add a lot of salt. Penne Pasta for salad should always be fully cooked and not half done. Strain and rinse for 10 seconds Pasta. Set aside.
* Step 5
To a bowl, add Pasta, shrimps cut into halves (you can skip cutting if you don’t like), chopped green capsicum, chopped red capsicum, and add mayonnaise. Mix very well. Each penne pasta should be coated with mayonnaise.
* Step 6
Check on seasoning. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
* Step 7
Bring the salad to normal temperature and while plating, lay lettuce and pour the salad. Enjoy!
