Apple Salsa

#Cookpadturns4 It’s Cookpad’s Birthday and fruits being the subject, apple is my favourite amongst all fruits. So made Salsa and tried something different. Went very well with baguette.

Ingredient

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-10 mins
2 Tbsp

lime juice

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop the apples into small pieces.

* Step 2

Chop the onions fine and make lime juice. Add the lime juice to the chopped apples and add chopped onions. Mix well

* Step 3

Add chopped coriander leaves to the apples

* Step 4

Add chopped parsley leaves to the apples and add salt. Mix well

* Step 5

Toast baguettes and add the apple salsa. Pour into a fancy bowl and enjoy a healthy Salsa
