Baked Beans on Toast is a tasty, nutritious breakfast for me. I love beans and enjoy having it in different forms

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Toast the bread and lightly butter. Set aside
* Step 2
Chop the garlic, green capsicum and spring onion whites fine
* Step 3
In a pan heat butter and add chopped garlic, spring onion white and stir for 1 min. Add chopped green capsicum and stir for 1 min
* Step 4
Add oregano, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, baked beans and salt. Stir for 2-3 mins but stir occasionally. Add spring onion Green and stir for 1 min. Set aside
* Step 5
Plate and grate the processed cheese on top. Enjoy hot
