Dahi Kabab is a very delicious snack to be enjoyed, any time of the day and are easy to cook. Everyone loves Dahi and it’s various variations. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare hung curd to make the best Dahi Kababs. Take the homemade curd and put it in a Muslin cloth and hung it to drain out the excess water. Beat the curd
* Step 2
Chop the onions, green chilli and ginger, coriander leaves
* Step 3
Roast the besan until the aroma is there
* Step 4
In a bowl take the chopped onions, green chilli and ginger, coriander leaves. Add garam masala powder, salt and mix the roasted besan
* Step 6
Mix very well so no lumps are there and refrigerate
* Step 7
In a pan heat oil and shallow fry. Enjoy with tea or coffee
