Deviled Egg

#goldenapron3 #week12 Deviled Egg is a very popular snack and enjoyed by all age groups. Lot of variations can be done. I chose to add green and black olives for garnishing. Enjoy!

Ingredient

Preparation time -10 mins,Cooking time-1 h15 Mins
1 tsp

paprika

2 tbsp

mayonnaise

As per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the eggs in 1 cup water adding a pinch of salt. Peel the shells and set aside

Cut the eggs into half.

Gradually with a fork scoop out the yolks and keep in a bowl.

Arrange the eggs.

Mix the mayonnaise to the mashed egg yolks. Add paprika, red chilli powder, black pepper powder. Don’t add salt as mayonnaise has salt.

Gradually using the fork fill in the eggs.

Refrigerate for one hour and garnish with chopped black and green olives and paprika and red chilli powder again. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
