A vegan, vegetarian and gluten free breakfast for me. Loved to cook the most simple and yet tasty healthy meal

Serves 1 serving
Cooking time :
Preparation time - 5 mins, Cooking time- 20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the millet in a non stick pan for 1-2 mins
* Step 2
Add water and salt and cover to cook for 17-18 mins
* Step 3
Stir and Watch that the millet absorbs the water completely
* Step 4
Add Olive oil, fork it with a fork and add Cheddar cheese powder, coriander leaves chopped and eat hot
