Egg Frittata

#week1of5 Egg Frittata is a classic healthy breakfast. It has pre cooked veggies in it and is a filling, healthy meal in itself

Ingredient

Food ration :

Serves 1 serving

Cooking time :

Preparation time - 5 mins, Cooking time- 20 mins
1/4 tsp

5-6 Tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the vegetables of carrots, beans, capsicum into small pieces. Set aside.

* Step 2

In a wok add butter and heat it. Add the vegetables and sauté for couple of minutes. Beat the eggs and add herbs and salt and black pepper powder

* Step 3

Add the Pre cooked vegetables and vegetable stock to the beaten egg

* Step 4

In a non stick pan add butter and heat it. Add the beaten egg with vegetables to the pan. Let the egg set in slow flame for 10 mins. Set aside and keep the pan covered and set for 5 mins until all egg liquid is fully set.

Plate it and enjoy eating
