Kababs are favourites of most people and be in Vegetarian option or Non-vegetarian Kababs are always a hit amongst all age groups. Today I made Rajma Kababs. Rajma amongst various dals & legumes are my favourite.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the Rajma overnight for 8 hours and boil the Rajma and Potatoes separately. Peel the potatoes. Mash the Rajma and potatoes together.
* Step 2
In a wok heat oil, fry the onions until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste, besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Mix well and set aside.
* Step 3
Add all the fried masalas to the mashed Rajma and potatoes and mix well.
* Step 4
Make balls and flatten them and set them aside to fry
* Step 5
Fry them for 2-3 mins on each side.
* Step 6
Ready to enjoy and eat with Garlic Chutney and Coriander Chutney.
