Vegetable Noodle Soup

Soup is such a dish that can be enjoyed any time of the day be it before lunch or dinner or just on it's own. One of my favourite is Vegetable Noodle Soup
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 persons
Cooking time :
Preparation time - 10 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a non stick pan heat butter and melt. Add chopped onions and fry till golden in colour
* Step 2
Add potatoes and stir for 2 mins. Add bay leaf, salt and black pepper powder and add vegetable stock. Cover in slow flame for 10 mins.
* Step 3
Add noodles and 1 cup water and cover for 10 mins until potatoes are cooked and noodles are boiled. Set aside
* Step 4
Add two slices of toast to enjoy the hot soup.
