This Diwali, serve your guests with homemade sweets and desserts. A lavish dollop of Gulkand in the thickened milk, makes it so relishing, that it becomes difficult to stop eating more. Mild fragrance of Rose, made it a super hit. So this Diwali, cheer up your friends and family with this unique flavoured rabri. #DIWALI21

1.5 litres

Full cream milk

2 tbsp

Gulkand

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour the milk in a heavy bottom pan and keep boiling. Stir and gently push the malai or cream formed on top, to the edges. Continue to cook on the medium flame till the milk reduces to half.

Gently scrape the cream / malai from the edges, add sugar and gulkand. Mix nicely, add in the rose water and caradmom powder. Switch off the gas and cool it completely. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Garnish with chopped pistas and rose petals.

Notes: You can reduce or increase the quantity of sugar as per your taste.
