Nutritious Veggie Pancakes

A healthy diet throughout the life, promotes a healthy growth in a child. It reduces the risk of chronic diseases, leading to overall health and wellbeing. Oats, are incredibly nutritious, rich and antioxidants, contains powerful soluble fibres. Vegetables, when added to oats, make it a powerpacked meal which is not only healthy but tasty too. #toc2 #nutritious

Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1/2 cup

Quaker Oats

1/4 cup

Gram Flour

1 tbsp

Rice flour

1/4 tsp

Ginger paste

as per taste

Salt

1/4 tsp

Cumin seeds

as per taste

Red Chilli powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the oats in a pan. Cool and grind it to powder. Add all the rest of ingredients, one by one, mix nicely and add little water to make a pouring consistency batter.

* Step 2

Check the seasoning, heat a non-stick girdle, grease it and wipe. Make two small pan cakes at a time. Cook on both sides, on a medium flame. Apply little ghee/oil and cook till crisp.

Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
