Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the red onions into rings Mix the water,vinegar, salt and sugar. Put in the rings. Leave for 15 min

Bake the mushrooms. Set aside

* Step 3

Bake the meat with the Bell pepper. Meanwhile toast the pita bread and cut the avocado

* Step 4

Assemble the pitabread. Put the sauce on the bread an put in the rest of the ingredients
