Mushroomstew with pasta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the sjalots in to small pieces

* Step 2

Peel the garlic and cut it very fine you can also Use a garlic press

* Step 3

Cut the mushrooms

* Step 4

Put oil in large fryingpan. Put in sjalots, garlic,bacon,paprika,cayennepeper,thym.,

* Step 5

Cook 5 min

* Step 6

Add mushrooms bake until goldenbrown

* Step 7

Add wine. Cook until alcohol as evaporated

* Step 8

Add water and stockcube

* Step 9

Cook pasta

Let mushroom stew cook until you have a sauce

If sauce not thick enough add some corn starch

* Step 12

Add the cream. Cook for 1min

* Step 13

Taste and add salt and pepper if needed

* Step 14

Put a tb of lemon in the sauce

* Step 15

Add the parsley

* Step 16

Serve the pasta with te stew.

* Step 17

You can add parmezan but I like it plain. Serve with a simple salad. Bon apetit
