Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop vegetables and tofu

* Step 2

Bake tofu in oven on 200 C until slightly golden

* Step 3

Fry onion, garlic, scallion bottoms and ginger

* Step 4

Add gochugaru, gochujang, sesame oil and sesame seeds

* Step 5

Add 400 ml hot water with bouillon cubes mixed in, soy sauce, sugar, mirin and pinch of pepper

* Step 6

Add courgette and scallion tops

* Step 7

Add tofu and serve
