Yogurt

ginger Garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder

1 Tablespoon

red chilli powder

1 Tablespoon

garam masala powder

2 Tablespoons

Of Cream

1 Tablespoon

kasuri methi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, heat oil. Saute some cuim seeds. Add chicken pieces and potatoes. saute for 1-2 minutes. Add curd and salt and mix together well. Keep the flame medium to high as to dry out the water left from chicken and yogurt.

* Step 2

Add Ginger garlic paste and saute well add all the spices and tomatoes. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Add kasuri methi and check for the consistency. If needed add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Serve hot with RumaliRoti and/or Rice

* Step 4

For the RumaliRoti, In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yogurt and warm water and knead into a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Now make small lemon size balls out of the dough. Take one dough ball at a time Roll out into a Puri. Add some Kalonji seeds and roll into a thin chapati.

Heat a tawa and cook the roti from both the sides. Apply butter or ghee if you wish. Fold and keep in a casserole or covered in a box so the rotis stay soft until served. Serve hot with any gravy of your choice
