Ingredient

Cooking time :

45-60 minutes
2.5 cups

Chickpea flour

1/4 cup

ghee

2 TBSP

Semolina

1 TBSP

Raisins

1 TBSP

Cashews

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a thick bottom pan, add chickpea flour. Start roasting by mixing continuously on low flame. After 2-3 Minutes, add ghee and semolina and keep mixing till the Besan is aromatic and slightly golden.

* Step 2

Add milk and again keep mixing. Switch off the gas flame When it is cooled but still a little warm, add the sugar, cardamon powder,raisins and nuts.

* Step 3

Take a tablespoon of mixture on your palm and start pressing to form a ball. Continue to make ladoos with the remaining mixture. Yummy and perfect ladoos are ready Enjoy
