Ajwain Coriander Paratha

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a small portion and roll into a ball. Dust some dry flour and roll into a puri. Add some chopped Coriander leaves, and close the edges. Roll in to a flat puri again.

* Step 2

In a bowl, add flour, salt and carrom seeds. Add water little by little and knead a soft dough.

* Step 3

Heat a pan and roast the paratha from both the sides until golden brown.

Add ghee and enjoy with curd and pickle.
