#SD4 #mangokulfi #mango #kulfi #ice cream #saffraan #cookpadindia Mango season is almost coming to an end and my heart is still craving more mangoes. And mango kulfi is that one treat to my rescue 😆 . Prepare these creamy , colorful and super yummy kulfis with the goodness of Kesar mangoes.

Ingredient

10 minutes
1/2 cup

Sugar

1 tablespoon

warm milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the saffron strands in warm milk for 5 minutes. Start whipping cream in a bowl. Add sugar and keep whisking for 2 minutes. Now add mango pulp and mix well until everything is well combined. Add saffron and milk and mix again.

* Step 2

Pour the mixture in kulfi moulds. Cover each mould with aluminum foil. Insert the Ice cream sticks on top and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight. For serving, take the kulfi out and dip it in room temperature water for 1 minute. Remove them and serve.
