* Step 1
Grate the paneer and mix along with cheese, cucumber, capsicum, mayonnaise and black pepper
* Step 2
Apply butter to the bread slices.
Apply the paneer Mayo mixture on one slice and place the second slice on top.
Heat a pan. Place the sandwich on the pan and cook till golden brown from both the sides. Repeat with remaining mixture and slices of bread.
