Carrot leaves sabzi

Carrot tops or leaves are very healthy as they are rich in nutrients, containing around six times more vitamin C than the root, as well as lots of potassium, calcium and phytonutrients
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and wash the carrot tops or leaves.
Chop them a lightly along with Methi leaves
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic cloves and green chillies and hing. Saute everything and add the chopped greens.
Add crushed peanuts and mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes and enjoy with rotis or rice.
