Ingredient

Salt

2 Tablespoons

Ghee

As Required

Oil for frying

2 tablespoons

ghee

2 tablespoons

corn flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take maida and rava in a bowl. Add salt and ghee and rub the mixture with hands. Add water little at a time and knead a stiff dough. (Slightly stiff than chapati dough)

* Step 2

Make a paste of ghee and corn flour. Beat this paste with a spoon till fluffy and then use.

* Step 3

Make equal size balls and roll out chapatis. Place one chapati, apply the sata, place the second chapati over it. Repeat the same step with the remaining chapatis. Now roll the layers tightly and cut them in equal pieces. Flatten them so that layers can be seen and deep fry in medium hot oil. Flame should be low to medium while frying.

* Step 4

Dip these hot chirote in sugar syrup or Sprinkle some icing sugar over the fried chirote.
