No Cheese Vegetable white pasta

This is quick pasta with lots of vegetables and no cheese.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water, add salt and pasta and cook for 7-10 minutes.drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
* Step 2
In a pan, add olive oil.saute potato slices, then add vegetables one by one. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Take them out on a plate.
* Step 3
In the same pan, saute butter. Add all-purpose flour and cook well. Add milk, salt, chilli powder and whisk well so there are no lumps.
Add the boiled pasta, and sauted vegetables, herbs and cook for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
