Healthy Vegan Burger

A healthy burger patty that is not just filled with Veggies and proteins but is also Vegan.
Use a whole grain bun in place of white flour buns and replace the regular mayonnaise with homemade curd dip or vegan Mayo that is now-a-days easily available in grocery stores.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak soya chunks in warm water for 15 minutes. Squeeze all the water out and chop them using a chopper or mixie jar.
Add green peas, smashed potatoes, and all the spices.
Make patty of the size of your buns by rolling them in to a ball first and then flatten them between your palms.
* Step 2
Make a slurry with rice flour and water.
Dip the pattty in the slurry and carefully coat it from all the sides.
Now coat the patty with breadcrumbs and shallow fry the pattty from both the sides till golden brown.
* Step 3
For the assembling,slice the buns into two pieces and roast the buns on hot pan for just few seconds.
Place it on a plate. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun.now place the patty, cheese slice and a dip or sauce of your choice. Place the top bun over and enjoy this healthy vegetables burger.
If you want to skip the buns, just wrap the patty inside the lettuce leaf, drizzle some sauce and serve.
