Ingredient

400 gms

thick curd

1 tablespoon

cardamom powder

2 tablespoon

chopped nuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place a strainer or colander on a bowl. Spread a muslin cloth on it and pour thick curd on it. Tie up the edges and keep it hanging on the tap or just place it on the strainer. Keep this tied curd in the refrigerator if you are going to use this chakka next day.

* Step 2

Next day, take out the the chakka. Add powdered sugar, mango pulp food color and cardamom powder and mix it with a whisk. Don't whisk too hard.

* Step 3

Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set. Garnish with some kesar soaked in milk and nuts. Enjoy cold mango Shrikhand with hot puris
