Pepper chai or kalimirch ki chai is a spicy medicinal treatment for the inflammed throat. I usually prepare tea in this style as we need to keep up our body temperature to balance with the cold weather at our place.
And if you suffer from recurring colds like me, this is the perfect healthy medicine.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water and add tea powder
Add the ginger.
* Step 2
Roast some black pepper corns, cool down and crush in a mixer jar to get freshly made pepper powder.
* Step 3
Add 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder and mix. Let the tea boil for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Add milk and sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
You can skip the milk and enjoy it as a black pepper tea or kadha.
