Corn Soya Spaghetti Pasta

A twist to the simple white sauce spaghetti.
Adding soya chunks as the protein source and corn and lettuce for the extra crunch.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Star with boiling water. Add salt and then spaghetti and pasta till Al dente.this will take around 7-8 minutes.
Drain and keep aside
* Step 2
In a bowl of warm water, add soya chunks and keep aside for 10 minutes.
After they are soaked well, squeeze them out of the water.
* Step 3
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon butter.
Saute the corn, soya chunks, capsicum and tomatoes.
Take them out on a plate.
* Step 4
In the same pan, add remaining 1 tablespoon butter, saute garlic, add the maida and mix. Add milk and mix with a whisk so no lumps are formed.
* Step 5
Now add the boiled spaghetti and pasta and salt and give it a mix.
Add the cheese and vegetables and serve immediately along with some lettuce.
