Garlic Peanuts Chutney

#mychildhoodrecipe #chutney This chutney is on our dining table all round the year. My mom has been making this chutney since we were kids. A perfect blend of crunch, spice, and taste and super healthy. All these ingredients are always present in our kitchen. So no excuse for not making it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the ingredients one by one. Except salt and garlic and turmeric

* Step 2

Let them cool completely

* Step 3

Put everything in a dry blender or mixer jar and blend together into coarse powder.

* Step 4

Adjust the salt as per your choice. I have added kashmiri red chilli powder instead of whole chillies.

* Step 5

Store in air tight container and enjoy with your meals.
