Homemade Vegetable Pizza

And the most awesome thing about baking a pizza at home is that it's homemade, healthy and the house is filled with the baking aroma. My kids always help me while making pizza from assembly to eating while just out of the oven. The most impatient moment for my kids

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 people

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1 tablespoon

instant dry yeast

1/2 teaspoon

salt

Pinch

sugar

1 tablespoon

milk powder

3/4-1 cup

Warm water

1-2 tablespoon

maize flour

1 cup

mushrooms

1/4 cup

corn

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For the dough, sieve all-purpose flour, salt together. Add the yeast, sugar and warm water slowly. Start kneading the dough. Cover and keep aside for at least 6 hours for fermentation.

* Step 2

For the pizza sauce, Keep the tomatoes and onions in warm water. Once they become a bit soft, blend them together in a blender or moxie jar. Pour in a pan and cook for around 5-7 minutes. Add salt and sugar to it just before switching off the flame.

* Step 3

After 6 hours, take the dough and sprinkle some maize flour on to a baking dish place the dough on it. Add start to flatten the dough with your fingers to form a round shape.

* Step 4

Now spread the pizza sauce all over the pizza base. I sprinkle some cheese here for the extra cheesy flavour as my kids love it.

Now arrange all the veggies as per your choice all over and sprinkle the cheese on top.

* Step 6

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven @180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Cut in to slices using a pizza cutter and enjoy.
