No fry dahi wadas, yet more softer than the usual vada,spongy and melt in the mouth.
The best part is this is an instant dahi vada recipe, that needs no soaking and no grinding.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix together suji and curd. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add water and baking soda. Mix very well to form a flowing consistency batter.
* Step 2
Heat an appam pan. Add 1 teaspoon oil all over the pan.
Add spoonful of the batter cover and let it cook on low flame. Flip and cook again for 5 Minutes.
* Step 3
Take the vada out of the pan and directly add to the warm water.
Soak for not more than 10 minutes.
These wad swell up very fast because of the suji.
take them out and squeeze between your palms or fingers very gently.
* Step 4
Place them in a dish or tray.
Mix together curd and sugar in a separate bowl.
Pour the curd over the wadas.
Drizzle some tamarind chutney, green chutney and sprinkle some black salt.
Serve chilled.
* Step 5
You get 20 wadas with this batter.
Double the quantity of ingredients to get more wadas.
