Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix curd, turmeric, salt, coriander cumin powder salt. Coat the paneer and capsicum cubes with this mixture and keep aside.
* Step 2
In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil. Add onions, cloves, cinnamon, garlic, and tomatoes. Saute and add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes and switch off the gas flame.
* Step 3
Once it is cooled down, blend it into a fine paste. Strain this paste.
* Step 4
Arrange the coated paneer and capsicum cubes on skewers like this.
In case skewers are not available, just place the paneer and capsicum cubes on the tawa. flip and cook.
* Step 5
In a separate pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil. Grill the paneer Tikka till golden from all the sides and take them out.
* Step 6
In the same pan, heat the remaining oil. Add the blended gravy masala.
Add water to adjust the consistency.
Add the grilled paneer Tikka to the gravy.
Garnish with some crushed paneer and Kasuri methi.
Serve with lachha paratha, naan, or chapatis.
