Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak basmati rice and cook it with cinnamon, masala cardamom.

* Step 2

Peel the potatoes cut in big pieces,chop one onion,slice one onion. Heat oil and fry potato pieces till golden,fry onion slices to golden brown and transfer to a plate.

* Step 3

Make a curd mixture with ingredients. Heat ghee and oil add whole spices add chopped onion fry for a while then add ginger garlic paste and potatoes stir it well add curd mixture, tomato puree and cook till oil seperates.

* Step 4

Now transfer half of the prepared mixture to a bowl,to the remaining mixture level it on that cooked rice level it add some fried onion and potato mixture and brown onion finely chopped coriander cover with lid and cook for few minutes on low heat.

* Step 5

Potato biryani is ready to serve/ enjoy.
