Udon Noodles Veggie Stir-fry

Udon noodles made with wheat flour ,salt and water, udon is widely available at restaurant accorss Japan and used in various hot and cold dishes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare medium soft dough using whole wheat flour, salt,and water apply oil cover and keep it for 30 min..
* Step 2
Boil water in a vessel,fill the dough in a noodle maker and press it in boiling water, boil it for 5 to 7 mins. another way to make noodles is to roll the dough like slightly thick chapati, dust some flour fold it and cut it into noodles.
* Step 3
Transfer the noodles in a strainer and run under cold water.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a kadai and add garlic ginger, onion and other veggies fry it on high flame for a while, add noodles and mix it well.
* Step 5
Add sauces, pepper powder, lemon juice mix it then sprinkle some coriander, and pudina leaves.
* Step 6
Delicious udon noodles veggie Stir-fry is ready to serve/enjoy.
