Beetroot kale chane ki sabji

Delicious and healthy subji for a perfect lunch or dinner.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan add urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves,red chilli,fry it then add garlic,onion cook it for a few seconds.

* Step 2

Then add green chilli paste, ginger paste and boiled kale chane and chopped beetroot mix everything well.

* Step 3

Add salt to taste and mix it, in the end add lemon juice coconut grated, coriander leaves mix it well. Beetroot kale chane ki sabji is ready to serve with rice/ roti.
