Arrabbiata Sauce Roti Sandwich

Arrabbiata Sauce is a spicy Italian sauce made with tomatoes,garlic, parsley,red chilli and olive oil .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat olive oil and butter add chilli flakes,garlic and finely chopped onion and fry till onions are soft.
* Step 2
Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook till the rawness of tomatoes goes and becomes soft and mushy.
* Step 3
Add pepper, basil,herbs salt and sugar,mix everything and cook for a few more minutes. Arrabbiata Sauce is ready. It can be stored in a sterilized bottle.
* Step 4
For roti sandwich place roti/ chapati apply butter and cut the chapati from centre to end. Add arrabbiata Sauce for one part and spread spinach leaves for the next part and to one part cheese slice and fold it in triangle shape as seen in the pic.
* Step 5
Toast the chapati applying butter on both sides till nice brown,ro ti sandwich is ready to serve/enjoy.
Arrabbiata Sauce can be used to make pasta,as a dip or for sandwich.
