Besan Ladoo

#DDC Laddu/ ladoo is ball shaped Indian sweet made with different ingredients here the laddu is prepared with besan ,ghee and sugar,which is one of the must sweet for Diwali celebration.

Ingredient

Food ration :

chana dal

2 spoon

milk powder

2 spoon

milk

1/4 cup + 2 spoon

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast chanadal adding 2sp ghee till golden on medium to low heat,cool it completely then grind it in a mixi jar to coarse powder (near to fine).

* Step 2

Add ghee (keep some quantity) to the kadai add chanadal powder and roast for a few minutes, then add milk powder,cashews and continue cooking add ghee in between (if needed) now add milk and cook for a few minutes off the flame and let it cool.

* Step 3

Add sugar powder (you can increase or decrease according to sweetness) mix it well and shape in laddu.
