Chivda(bajake poha)

#DDC Chivda is one of the tasty farals prepared during Deepavali, made this chivda with bajake poha.

Ingredient

325 gms

bajake poha

1 cup

peanuts

1/4 cup

curry leaves

as needed

Oil

1 cup

sev

1 spoon

jeera

1 spoon

fennel seeds

1/2 spoon

hing

1 spoon

chat masala

2 spoon

sugar

2 spoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cleans bajake poha with a sieve transfer to a bowl.

* Step 2

Grind the masala using ingredients to powder.

* Step 3

Heat oil fry peanut to brown transfer to a plate, fry chana dal,fry curry leaves, coconut pieces.

* Step 4

In remaining oil add the prepared masala and fry it for a while add to poha add all fried ingredients and combine everything well mixed.

* Step 5

Bajake poha chivda is ready.
