urad dal

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the millet,urad dal, sabudana,methi seeds and soak for 6,7 hours. Then grind urad dal, sabudana to smoothly transfer to the vessel, then grind millet to fine paste, mix it well using hands and ferment overnight or 8to 10 hours.

Next day add salt to the batter and mix it well. Heat appe pan grease it and pour the batter cover with lid and cook for few min.

Turn it to the other side and cook it till golden. Take out in a bowl.

Serve/enjoy the hot gundpangalu with coconut chutney.
