Apple banana soya shake

Apple banana soya shake nutrition packed refreshing drink, low in calories too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak soya beans overnight.
* Step 2
To blender add part of soya beans and water grind it to paste add another batch of water and grind it milk consistency, transfer to the bowl. Add water accordingly.
* Step 3
Cook the prepared milk stirring continuously for 7,8 mins. Remove the frothy part completely,then strain with muslin cloth,collect the milk. Cool it.
* Step 4
For preparing shake chop the banana and add to the blender,add soya milk, cinnamon powder and blend it smoothly. Pour in a glass.
* Step 5
Homemade soya milk and shake is ready to serve/enjoy.
