Tinde ki Subji

#ssp Tinde/Indian squash has more water content and fiber, and is widely used in the north part of India.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash,peel, and chop tinde,onion, tomato.

* Step 2

Heat oil add mustard,jeera, curry leaves and onion fry for a while then add tomato and chopped tinde fry it and cook till soft adding enough water.

* Step 3

Prepare mix with all masala powder,salt and water, add this to the cooked tinde mix it well and cook for a few min.

* Step 4

Tinde ki subji is ready to serve with rice /roti
