* Step 1

Wash moongdal and rice,add to kadai fry for 5,to7 min.

Add water and cook till soft,then add jagarry mixx and cook for a while.

* Step 3

When completely combine jagarry off the flame add coconut milk, kesar strands. Heat ghee in a pan fry cashews,raisins to golden add to prepared payasa.

Moongdal Payasa is ready for naivedya with kosambari and panak for Shriram Navami celebration.
