#Mar #W3 Ragda Pattice popular Street food with crispy pattice topped with white peas curry green and sweet chutneys.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel mash potato add salt and chilly powder, turmeric powder mix it, divide in equal parts,give patty shape.

* Step 2

Shallow fry Pattice both sides till golden crisp.

* Step 3

For ragda soak white peas overnight,and pressure cook with salt and turmeric powder till soft. In a bowl add masala powder and mix some water..

* Step 4

Add prepared masala to kadai and boil then add cooked white peas mix it and boil it for a few minutes. Ragda is ready.

* Step 5

For serving place pattice add/pour ragda over it,top with chopped onion, chopped tomato, coriander leaves and barik sev ragda Pattice is ready to serve/enjoy.
