Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast toor dal, coriander seeds, curry leaves,red chilles seperately till warm don't change colour.

* Step 2

Cool it and grind to fine powder.

* Step 3

To kadai add tamarind pulp with two cups of water, jagarry, tomato chopped,salt,hing,rasam powder and boil it till raw tamrind smell goes.

* Step 4

Prepare tadka with ghee, mustard seeds,jeera,methi seeds and add to prepared rasam add coriander leaves. Rasam is ready to serve/enjoy.
