Paneer Stir Fry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil add garlic,ginger and onion slices, carrot saute for a while then add red and yellow bell pepper, tomato and fry for a few minutes.
* Step 2
Add chilly powder,salt,sugar garam masala mix and continue cooking.
* Step 3
Add paneer slices combine with ingredients add tomato sauce mix it and cook for a while top with coriander leaves and it's ready to serve with roti/ rice.
