Oats mixseed Bars (granola bars)

Healthy no sugar oats mixseed Bars perfect for breakfast.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast oats on low flame till nice crisp and aromatic,roast mixseeds,roast almonds,cashews.

* Step 2

Grind dates deseeded (not soft then soak in hot water for few minutes) to paste. Grind peanuts and cashews to paste(without adding any water.)

* Step 3

Transfer oats to a mixing bowl add mixseeds,almonds,cashews,add chopped raisins (keep some for topping).add dates paste cinnamon powder, venila essence and honey and combine all ingredients well.

* Step 4

Line mould with baking sheet spread the mixture evenly and press it well,set it for half an hour in fridge and cut in pieces.

* Step 5

Oats mixseed Bars are ready to serve/enjoy.
