Achari Aloo Gobi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash thoroughly cauliflower and seperate florets,wash peel carrot and cut it.
* Step 2
Cook cauliflower florest and chopped carrots till soft.
* Step 3
Heat oil add panch phoran then add garlic chopped saute for a while,now add red chilly powder, turmeric powder,salt and garam masala add pureed tomato cook for few minutes.
* Step 4
Add cauliflower florets and carrot combine well add kasuri methi and chopped coriander.
* Step 5
Achari Aloo Gobi is ready serve with roti/ rice/ chapati.
