#Jag #Jan #W2 Pineapple payasam is delicious traditional sweet dish from Kerala, prepared with fresh pineapple, jagarry and coconut milk.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a kadai fry cashews to golden transfer to a plate,fry pineapple pieces for few minutes transfer to a bowl then to the same add jagarry and little water to melt it.

* Step 2

Add pineapple pieces to melted jagarry and cook for five minutes till soft,fry coconut pieces to golden, keep it aside for further use.

* Step 3

Add coconut milk to pineapple mixture and mix it and off the flame add cashews and coconut pieces.

Pineapple jaggery payasam is ready to serve/enjoy.
